Proc. anconaeus not associated with the olecranon (white arrow), secondary changes in the joint (red arrows). The lower red arrow in Fig. 2 shows the blurred medial coronoid process which is a sign of coronoid disease. IPA typically occurs in combination with coronoid disease.

The upper red arrow shows the irregular border of the “fusion site” and adjacent sclerosis.
