Femoral head and acetabulum are congruent. The anterior contour of the acetabulum is sharply defined with narrow, even, subchondral sclerosis and a round craniolateral margin (white arrow). The joint space is uniformly narrow (blue arrow). The Norberg angle is about 105°. In excellent joints, the craniolateral margin of the neck includes the femoral head caudolaterally.
